COMPASSION IS WHAT WE NEED

Are there other people that are tired of the ping pong game in Washington, DC? While they play games we the people continue to suffer.
I also think it's time to take a sabbatical from the news media. It doesn't really matter which network. The stress that is associated with looking at the evening news is so unhealthy for us.
It's time that we the people begin to take a look at what's happening in our communities. There is work to do. We cannot expect the gamers in Washington to create change in our communities. As "Gandhi" would say WE MUST BECOME THE CHANGE WE WANT TO SEE IN THE WORLD. YES IT'S YOU AND ME THAT MUST CHANGE.

What can we do to create change in our community?
  • Find out who the elderly are and find out what they need.
  • Offer to mow their lawns for free.
  • Offer to shovel their driveway when it snows for free.
  • Make sure they have enough food and medicine.
  • Offer to rake their leaves for free.
  • Find out what the needs of the children in your neighborhood are;
  • Do they need help with homework
  • Do they need a new coat and gloves so that they are warm.
  • Maybe they need therapy and their parents can't afford it.

I could go on and on, but I think you get the message. Stop waiting for THEM to do something. Let us do something.

P.S. I AM FOR A PEACEFUL WORLD
